The villa is awesome, and we have no negatives at all to say about it. It way great for 4 couples. The driveway up the mountain to get to it is a 4 wheel drive only road. For real. Washed out and rough terrain that may not be navigable in a 2 wheel drive. Wow, exciting, and a bit scary. |

We rented the villa for a week with four couples total. It was plenty big enough for all of us and is set up perfectly with four completely private and individual rooms that are separate from the great room and common areas. The views are unmatched and the pool and hot tub got frequent use. We fixed several meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the sunrise every morning from the perfectly situated view from the pool deck. The only negative is the remoteness of the house. You have to travel up a very rough gravel/dirt road and 4WD is 100% a must to make the trip, but in my opinion it is well worth it because the views and privacy of the house are unmatched. We would 100% stay here again. |

We can't say enough wonderful things about our recent stay on St. John at Estate Fortsberg. The villa was beyond our expectations and we definitely will be returning for another vacation there. From the reservation process with Kelly at Destination St. John, to our greeter Bernard, who accompanied us to the villa and our yummy gourmet food gift awaiting us in the fridge, everything was perfect!! The view from the villa takes your breath away! The guests rooms are magnificent, the kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs, and the pool was amazing! The villa also has a delightful hot tub on the corner of the pool deck, and a ping pong table as an added activity on the lower level.We highly recommend Estate Fortsberg and Destination St. John if you are thinking of taking a vacation to paradise! We stayed there with our adult children and extended family(plenty of room!-we were a party of 7) |

Amazing property…first class place…very clean and the views are first class. We used the pool and hot tub daily and loved hanging out on the pool deck. The outdoor showers in each bathroom are super cool. Beds are comfortable and linens are high quality. Air conditioning units worked great in the bedrooms. My only requests would be to add an conditioning unit to the main family room area. I would rent this property again. |

Estate Fortsberg is a beautiful home and you cannot finds those views anywhere else. It was so peaceful perched on the hill. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The beaches, the water, and the locals all made the trip to St John worth it. |

This villa was beautiful! The sunrises right in front of the pool every morning - coffee sunrises! Very clean, well maintained, everything you could need! The management company was SO nice - specifically Bernard - from meeting us late at the ferry due to flight issues & escorting us to the house and showing us around to suggesting place to get a cake. We never want to leave. |

Love this house! This was our second year at Estate Fortsberg and it did not disappoint! This was our first experience with Destination St. John & right out of the chute, you had us with the bag of welcome goodies! What a treat! Thank you for a great 10 days we WILL be back! |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
