Beautiful home! Loved opening the doors and windows and enjoying the breeze and view. The pool is refreshing and welcome after a day at the best beaches in the world. We love St. John, come every year and thank you for letting us make life long memories in this spectacular place! |

We had an awesome time! The house was perfect for our group. We very much appreciated: the kitchen being well stocked with dishes and cookware, supplies in general-toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, & starter shower supplies, all the bath and beach chairs - we had more than enough for everyone without having to do laundry everyday, the quick response we received from Destination St. John for any issues we had. The maintenance guy (Barlet) was awesome. Wini met us at our car rental & was so nice & helpful with giving us an overview of the house & tips for our stay. The beach equipment was great. Overall we loved it here. Thank you so much for a fantastic week! |

This villa and views were absolutely incredible. It was so well stocked and clean. Just as you said Bernard met us at the car rental and showed us around the villa. We loved the location as it was accessible to the grocery store, gas and downtown. We have vacationed in many rentals and never had such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and will share with our friends. Everything we needed was there- toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap & laundry detergent. Destination St. John did a great job communicating & providing guidance. The App to load on my phone was awesome! |

This home and location were fantastic and we would highly recommend this rental. Beautiful, tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked, pool and decks well laid out. A couple of repairs needed but nothing that made a difference in a fantastic stay |

What a fabulous vacation spot! We loved the location and the space of the unit for our four adult-ish children. Quiet, clean and well maintained unit. The property managers were quick to respond to our need for additional beach chairs. Also, when our flights were canceled by JetBlue the managers were able to work with us to extend the back end of our stay to calvage some of the vacation. |

Chateau Le Tete Rouge and Destination St John exceeded our expectations! This villa has it all and the views are absolutely stunning. Our family was in awe with the beautiful garage doors that open to the wide world of water, our own swimming pool and hot tub. We grilled out and enjoyed family time dining al fresco after long days at the beach. The kitchen comes fully stocked and the rooms are spacious and airconditioned. We can’t wait to return and do it all over again. |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
