We had a great week on St. John at Ebb Tide. Fit us well as a family of seven who wanted their own space in the evenings. The pool was great! We had a couple of minor issues that the staff handled quickly and they were all so nice! Thank you! |

Ebb Tide was absolutely wonderful. Each room had its own bathroom, fan and air conditioning. The views of Chocolate Hole were amazing and that pool - ahhhhh! Leslie and her crew provided the best customer service we have ever had through a rental company. Highly recommend this gorgeous property. We can't wait to stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to make magical memories at your beautiful home. |

We had a great time at Ebb Tide and on the island of St. John. The location was convenient. The space fit our needs well. The great room was spacious and allowed for gathering and cooking together. Without air conditioning, their were times in the day when that room got very warm. The air-conditioned bedrooms were a welcome place to retreat to each night. Some elements of the villa could use a bit of updating. The knives were quite dull and difficult to use. The smoke detector battery expired one night but all the potential replacement batteries were old, crusty, and expired as well. Not all amenities that were indicated as provided by the host were there but that was quickly rectified by a phone call to the property manager, The pool was great, but be ready for the mosquitos and noseeums. The pool filter was clogged with leaves when we arrived but quieted down once we cleaned out the trap. The iguanas enjoyed the pool as well but were not a problem. We would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. |

Ebb Tide was the perfect size for our girls trip. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was ideal. This is in a great location so close to town yet it feels far away when sitting outside overlooking the pool and the beautiful water views. |

We loved staying at Ebb Tide. The house was wonderful. Loved waking up to the view of the water/hills every morning. We had everything we needed, including chairs for the beach/towels etc. Loved the privacy of all the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Perfect for our teenagers. The location (close to Cruz Bay) is perfect. We will definitely be back! |

We enjoyed our week with friends. Nice to have our own entries for each room. Close to chocolate hole bay for a quick sunrise walk. Pool is small but welcomed after long day of hiking and beaching. The greeter, Eric, was super friendly and accommodating. Will stay again. |

We loved our time at Ebb Tide. House fits one family well. We loved watching the turtles in Chocolate Hole from the pool. Loved convenience to town. Ebb Tide had everything we needed. Hope to be back soon. |

We loved the villa, it was a perfect place for your family to stay. Great view from the pool. Great location from Cruz Bay to get to restaurants. We really appreciated having the 8 beach chairs & towels - it made beach trips nice. The villa is nicely furnished - everyone enjoyed their room/beds. Snorkeling in Chocolate Hole was surprisingly great too! |

Beautiful Home With a Great View My family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room and the kids enjoyed the pool. A short walk and you can explore the beach. |

Wonderful time at Ebb Tide This was a wonderful place. I have a family of 7. They loved it each had their own entrance to their rooms, each room had a bathroom and a view of the bay. It was very private and the last house on the road. So there was no traffic and very quiet. The house like all rental and especially on an island had some wear, but for us it was charming |

We enjoyed our stay at Ebb Tide Villa so much! We were comfortable and had plenty of space & amenities to relax & have an enjoyable vacation. We loved all the iguanas and the snorkeling just outside the villa in Chocolate Hole was amazing. We will be back! |

Ebb Tide is a beautiful waterfront property. Easy access to snorkel Chocolate Hole. The landscaping is fantastic and full of hummingbirds, bananaquits and iguanas. The pool was delightful after a day at the beach. Took no time at all to get to town. Loved our vacation. |

Everything was fantastic. This property is amazing. snorkeling off of Chocolate Hole was incredible as well. Our freezer was having an issue and we ran out of garbage bags and both were handled immediately. The pool is perfect. This house was great for a family with our kids ages. We enjoyed our stay very much! |

The home was perfect for our family. Husband and I had great privacy at night in master suite. And also great privacy for the 2 married couples. All 5 of our adult children loved it. Great water pressure. The main living area has an open floor plan that was perfect gathering area for our family breakfasts and evening board games. Home is older/dated (as most of the homes are) but it was very clean and the view was great. You should treat all the homes in St John with care, as it is not easy to replace furniture or repair items like it is in the mainland USA. The roads in St John are all treacherous, but Ebb Tide driveway and parking was great, able to drive right up to front door or lower level bedrooms. We rented 2 cars at St Thomas airport and used the car ferry, I would recommend to do it that way. It made departure easier. |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
