Après Sea is situated on approximately .78 acres, boasts over 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space and 4,894 square feet under roof. Located in Rendezvous/Ditliff, gorgeous views of the ocean, Hart Bay, Monte Bay, Klein Bay, Fish Bay, Reef Bay and the island of St. Croix are enjoyed throughout the residence as well as all day sun. This beauty now offers 5 bedrooms 5 ½ baths, and is fully air-conditioned, and totally screened with an automatic generator equipped with transfer switch, so no power outages here!
The Master Suite is an oasis, with canopy bed, designer accents and cool blue linens.
The adjacent private sun deck is a wonderful retreat, for private sunning or curling up with a good book.
The additional 3 king guest suites all have gorgeous ensuite baths, glorious sea views from private decks, and a fresh casual ambiance.
All four king suites are in the main house with full interior access, making this an ideal home for multiple couples and families with small children.
An impressive revamp includes a remodel of the 5th bedroom ‘apartment’, which is now bunk set up of two sets of twin over queens, ready to accommodate a couple with kids or all the youngsters of the group and easily accommodates 6.
The indoor living space is lux and inviting, and the huge cook’s kitchen is bright and has creative tile accents. The adjacent bar area is a perfect place to whip up a cool refreshment and keep your wine at the perfect temperature.
Large indoor and outdoor dining areas offer options for dining with ocean breezes or inside from the elements.
In addition, the outdoor bar and grill area received a major upgrade with a full beverage cooler, large grill and ice maker.
The pool, hot tub and lounging decks are spectacular, with high end furnishings and views that go on forever.
There are new Roku Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, with high speed internet for all of your streaming needs. An exterior sound system featuring Sonos has been installed for your outdoor enjoyment.
This home was always wonderful, but with the new amenities and upgrades, Après Sea is a Vacationers Dream!

We stayed at Apres Sea for 10 days. I cant say enough about the villa and management staff. The villa itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated . The pool, hot tub and outdoor bar with grilling area were very enjoyable. Outdoor and indoor ice makers really came in handy. All our beds were comfortable. The grounds were well kept and landscaping was beautiful. The set up of the house was great and we all had our privacy. The view was fantastic !! We had 2 very small issues during our stay and the management company was right on it. I have stayed in St John several times, it this villa and management staff was the best by far of all of them. The villa was very clean with a lot of new items in the house. The only downfall, is that there was no exhaust vent over the stove and all the grease from cooking would go up into the air and on the lights hanging over the stove. I cant wait to stay again next year…we absolutely loved it.???? |

Villa was beautiful! It was decorated very tastefully - loved all the new furniture & deck chairs - pillows & wall hangings were beautiful. Can't say enough about the management company (Destination St. John). They were super responsive when we needed a few things. Ice maker works great. The grill & outdoor entertainment area was great. Speakers sound really good. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were high class. We would love to come back! |

This is our third trip to the Villa, twice when it was named Villa Tesori, and once under its new owner and name Apres Sea. Everything flows nicely and easily accommodates multiple families sharing time together. Outstanding views, and good breeze. There was never a moment that we were hot while sitting in the shade. The list of features can be found on their website and the Villa was freshly painted, equipped, and landscaped. A wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this will be our last trip because of the dramatic price increases. |

Great Views and Wonderful House House was as advertised, property manager was responsive and made it an easy trip. Good location with privacy but plenty close to Cruz Bay and North Shore Beaches. |

The pictures do not do Villa Tesori justice. It is far more beautiful and expansive than pictures can show. My husband and I have high expectations in properties and we could not find one thing that was not to our liking. Our concierge was easy to connect with and very prompt in answering our questions especially when we locked our possessions in the safe without a code. Starfish market delivered and set up all our grocery and alcohol order in the villa before we arrived. This is truly heaven on earth!!!!! The property is spotless and perfect for family vacations. The bar area and the impressive Margaritaville mixer made to best pina coladas!! This place is fantastic for parties and we often had our meals in the villa. Chef Shiabu's is excellent and prepared local dishes and the best gnocchi on the planet. Go to the fisherman and pick out seafood as we ate impressive lobsters. The pool has floats and the hot-tub was fav late night spot. The primary bedroom had the most comfortable high end linens and best sleep ever. The beaches were beautiful, some of the best in world, Trunk bay super strong bushwhackers and Pina coladas with floaters. It was my birthday and they gave us all free shots. Morgan's Mango was delightful and high-end service with great dishes to match. Rent a catamaran for the day as this takes you to so many great snorkeling spots such as Maho Bay to swim with giant turtles and stingrays. Be willing to go with the flow and improvise with cooking as we are spoiled in the states with a variety of choices. Bring your grocery bad or box as you have to buy bags. Think you need 5 bottles of alcohol ....Nope you will go through so much more than expected. Especially just by enjoying the property. Go the Windmill bar to watch the sunset. Gorge!! Bring reef safe sunscreen and lotion types as they work better in protecting skin in the sun than sprays. No need to watch tv as you can just watch the clouds go buy and see the ocean from every room. You can even see St. Croix from property. This villa was so well thought out and you will gasp at the beauty when walking from your car at the top of the steps down to property. We loved the villa. We used every room in the villa. We gathered outside each morning and evening. We had dinner here 4 times and loved the kitchen and all the supplies. Several evenings we set in the family room and talked and played games. Great pool & hot tub. |

We loved everything about the Villa. Amazing views of Rendezvous Bay. We used the large pool and hot tub each day. We started most mornings with coffee and breakfast on the covered veranda which also served as a great hangout in the evening. We made four diners in the Villa and one in our party did some baking and the Villa had all of the utensils we needed. The beds were large and slept well. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. |

We all enjoyed our stay at Villa Tesori. The view is breathtaking and the house is exquisite. Our party of 10 people all had our own luxurious rooms with our own private bathrooms and private terraces. The pool, hottub and outdoor kitchen were used daily and were the perfect way to end our days filled with snorkeling and exploring. We would surely say that had a superior experience and we would highly recommend Villa Tesori to our friends and families. |

Husband & I invited extended family to join us in St. John. Villa Tesori was truly amazing! I am on the nit-picky side when it comes to cleanliness in away lodging. Let me tell you - this house was spic-n-span clean! No dust bunnies under the beds; no spider webs or dead bugs in corners! It was spotless! Clean, comfortable, & well equipped with everything you will need (& I do mean everything - beach towels, chairs, snorkel equip, coolers) for an amazing stay! Kitchen extremely well equipped. Beds were so very comfortable - everyone slept great! Kids loved the pool in the late afternoon after returning from the beach - so refreshing! It was just a short drive into town/grocery stores, church. Easy to get to north short beaches. Really a perfect location. We'll definitely be going back to Villa Tesori! Thanks Lisa & Brian for "sharing" your beautiful home! We made some wonderful memories with our nieces & nephews! |

This is our 3rd vacation rental on St. John and by far the absolute best. There was everything in this villa to make our stay perfect. The spectacular view, pool and landscaping are what you see first. The inside and balconies have beautiful, comfortable furniture and kitchen well enough equipped for gourmet cooks. The air conditioning was appreciated on the more humid days. Beach chairs, fins, beach towels all ready for beach time (though just staying at the Villa was wonderful too!). After a Reef Bay Trail hike, a boat trip to the BVI and several snorkeling trips it was so nice to come "home" and relax. The barbecue is fantastic. Really can't say enough about this beautiful place. (In seeing the types of people to Recommend this Property to, there are lots of stairs to get down to the main floor of the house, upstairs to 3 bedrooms, and then down to the pool and apartment. The pool (with no safety fence) and stairs might be an issue with small children.) |

Villa Tesori is a gorgeous villa that has a homey vibe. The outdoor living space and pool area is spacious enough to accommodate a large crowd very comfortably. We experienced many meals down by the bar/grill area and evenings star gazing out by the pool. The villa had everything we needed to make us feel pampered. We had five couples staying here and we never felt on top of each other. Morning coffee and evening wine was enjoyed under the gazebo with life long friends. Thanks for the memories . . . |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |
