This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium has everything you need for a great island vacation. Located on a quiet street, just 5 blocks from the center of Cruz Bay, this boutique style complex offers elegance and value. Ocean Views and Pool!
This large and luxurious air conditioned condominium offers one floor living, with 3 very private bedrooms. The master has a 4 poster mahogany king bed, with elegant bath ensuite. The guest bedrooms offers 2 full beds, perfect for couples or singles, with attached bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for children or single adults. All offer comfortable bedding and upscale amenities, for a refreshing night's sleep.
This lovely home is adorned with elegant furnishings and is accented with original island artwork to add to the tropical ambiance. Tommy Bahama brand furnishings and one of a kind mahogany accents make the living room elegant yet comfortable... a perfect place to enjoy a good book, or a movie on DVD or television. While you can watch the ships sail by from here, just step outside to a private balcony, and take in the island sounds and smells, with frangipani lingering in the air, and treefrogs chirping their songs.
The kitchen is large and lux, with granite and stainless anchored by rich mahogany cabinetry. An expansive breakfast bar is a perfect place for a quick bite, and a large, more formal dining table offers the perfect place for a more elegant meal or family breakfast, again, with views of the sparkling Caribbean just outside your window.
A fully equipped laundry room makes doing wash a breeze and means you can pack less for this island vacation! For those who just cannot escape work or the internet, WiFi is provided.

Palm Terrace Villas are a small boutique style condominium complex, with only 6 units surrounding a tropical courtyard that leads to a common pool, perfect for an afternoon dip. Lounge chairs and a dining area are provided for your use and enjoyment, as well as gas grills for those nights you want to cook up your own island feast. Off street parking is provided for our guests. If you prefer to go 'carless' Cruz Bay is only a short walk away, where you can catch a taxi to the National Park beaches just a moment or two away.
A beautiful, coral strewn sandy beach is only 1 1/2 blocks away, and is the perfect place for an afternoon snorkel or quick dip and is the one of the best spots on St. John to watch the sunset slip beyond the horizon into the Caribbean Sea.
While Palm Terrace is on a quiet flower lined lane, it is close and convenient to all the shops and restaurants of our little town. The center of Cruz Bay is only a 5 minute stroll from your island home.

Getting to St. John was difficult, but having a greeter who was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable made the check in a breeze! The condo was very clean and was well stocked. We loved the ample dining and veranda areas, plus the view was fantastic! |

This was our first time staying at Palm Terrace/Bougainvillea. We had a great week, enjoying all that St.John had to offer. The Villa is located in walking distance to Cruz Bay, which is a great location. Full disclosure...if you know St.John, its an up and down steep hill walk. This Villa was the best fit for our family of five with 3 teenagers. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation with plenty of space and all the amenities you could think of. We really enjoyed our morning coffee from our ocean view master bedroom balcony. Looking forward to returning! |

St John trip We loved this property, it had all the conveniences we could want! The view from the balcony was spectacular! It was close to town, so we could walk everywhere to shop and dine. The Bougainvillea was everything the website said. Spacious, clean with all the amenities of home. Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning and watching the boats. Best part was being able to walk to the restaurants and bars each night so we didn't have to worry about parking or a designated driver. We will be back! |

Wonderful, very well equipped villa. Very clean and comfortable and made for a very enjoyable stay with the family. Convenience to town was a plus. Very nice patio with views of the ocean & tree climbing iguanas! Perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day. |

Beautiful condo, well furnished. Great view of Frank Bay. Conveniently located to Cruz Bay. The condo was very clean and well cared for. The pool was a little chilly, we but spent most of our swimming time at the beaches anyway. Would highly recommend to others - and we hope to be back ourselves! |

These condos are part of Palm Terrace Villas. They are beautifully appointed. They are extremely clean. Amenities such as beach towels, beach chairs & cooler are a definite plus. We have had young grandchildren with us so having a washer & dryer in each unit makes life easier. Each unit has 2 balconies which have outstanding views while relaxing with coffee in the AM or Pain Killers (Soggy Dollar recipe) in the PM. We usually have a car, but have taken taxis to further away locations such as Canille Bay & Trunk Bay. We are looking forward to returning. Also, the price is right. |

We stayed at Palm Terrace #5 (Bougainvillea) the first week of February 2014. We brought our adult kids with us for a family celebration. The 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo was just perfect. The location is fabulous for walking to town, and the views from the condo were great as well. The kitchen and outdoor grill were great for dining in some of our evenings. We have stayed on St. John many times and were impressed with both the condo and the attention to detail of the upkeep. We saw folks daily who were on site to check on things and keep everything in working order. When we had any problem and called, someone attended to it that same day (sometimes getting back to us within minutes). It was a thoroughly enjoyable time. |

This condo is up to date, has all household needs and is very homey. The walk, although hilly, is only 5 min to Cruz Bay. There is a great view from the balcony to enjoy with your coffee in the morning. The sunset is even more excellent. The pool is small, but you are sharing with only a few other units. Grills/coolers/towels are provided. We would love to come back and enjoy the lovely life of St John once again. Taxis are a phone call away to adventure away! |

A great location, just close enough to town but nice to be off the beaten path. The two terraces and the view were an unexpected surprise. The pool was perfect for our two year old son and we grilled dinner two nights. Accommodations were great and we really appreciated the big kitchen. |

We have been using Destination St. John for the past 6 yrs for our villas and could not be more pleased. We were there in 2010 when Hurricane Earl came in. We were out of power for 1 ½ days. Anyway, the employees came over and stored everything away before the Hurricane, we had to do nothing, then when it blew over, John the owner of DSJ came personally to check on us and move us to another villa that had power but the power came back on just as he was going to move us, so we loved Palm Terrace, so we stayed right where we were. John had his crew out there immediately to clean up and put everything back outside they had previously stored to keep from blowing around. When we returned back home we had a letter from DSJ apologizing for the inconvenience of the power outage due to the storm and gave us 3 days free on our next trip. This Company is the BEST and so are all their employees, they take care of any need/question you may have 24/7. |

This was our second stay at this villa and we enjoy ourselves more each time we come. The villa is beautiful and we love the views of the water and being able to watch the sky turn light every morning from the bed. I appreciate the beauty and comfort of the furniture - it's a wonderful house for a family to stay and relax. |

Best vacation ever. The villa (#5/Bougainvillea) exceeded all expectations. Beautiful furnishings, great layout, awesome kitchen and great views. The villa also provided beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. The rental company could not have been better from the first to last email. The greeter (Eric) who met us at the car barge was very pleasant and helpful. The basket of deli meat and salads was a really nice touch. Location was perfect...a short ten minute walk into Cruz Bay for restaurants and bars. We had a rental and explored the island and its beaches daily. I cant say enough about how nice St John is. |

Perfect accommodations to walk to the restaurants, shops & bars! Our jeep took us snorkeling to a number of reefs with turtles every day. Not only is the condo perfectly furnished, the kitchen was as well. |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances.
