The deck boasts an expansive, unobstructed view of the ocean, with an infinity pool that seemingly cascades into Dever's Bay below.

We have been going to St John for years and have stayed at homes all over he island. We loved Coyoba! Beautiful house and property and close to town. The place was a gem. The views were stunning and the pool was great after a day at the beach. We’d recommend to family and friends! |

We absolutely love this villa ! We have rented it several times. The main house has three amazing bedrooms. The master suite is generous in size with a large bedroom, bathroom and laundry area. The two guest suites have amazing views of the bay, each with a generously sized bathroom. There is also a kitchen and great room that has plenty of space for entertaining. An additional bedroom, mini kitchen and bathroom were recently added - this is fantastic space! - well designed and appointed. The infinity pool offers an amazing view of the Bay and includes a spacious patio with comfortable seating. It is a beautiful private oasis, and yet is also close to all of our favorite restaurants, shops and beaches. |

The house is stunning, especially the views. All the furnishings and linens are very high quality. We had everything we needed to slip into island life. I hope we can come back soon! |

This is our 7th time to St. John and Coyaba was the best house yet! You simply can't beat the views, they are stunning. We enjoyed many late afternoons relaxing in the pool after our days at the beautiful St. John beaches. Each of the three bedrooms was beautifully appointed and provided some privacy for our family. The kitchen is spacious and easy to cook our meal in- with nice appliances. Overall, a 10 out of 10. |

This is our favorite villa (we have stayed at several) - the layout is perfect, spacious and comfortable when friends join us. The staff at Destination St. John is great - always quick to respond to questions or address any issues when we stay. The patio and infinity pool offer a wonderful outdoor venue for relaxation - the views are spectacular! |

When booking online and looking at the pictures, you just hope the places you pick lives up to the photos. Well the Coyaba does that and more. The large kitchen is well appointed, the living room area is nice for gatherings. When I booked earlier this year I was expecting to have to stay in one of the two separate king size room pods. Well with the house on the market I guess the owners have moved all their belongings out and we were offered the master suite and bathroom..WOW, very nice. The main house is large and you definitely get your steps in. The design of the house afford privacy for multiple couples. On this trip it was just my wife and me, so we had plenty of privacy. I would have gladly stayed in either separate pod room and been just as happy. I do hope that when this villa is sold they keep it on the rental market as well because they will have a definite return guest. I booked with Destination St John and I can not thank Leslie and Kelly for helping with all my questions |

I wanted to take a minute and thank you all (Leslie and Kelly) especially for being patient with all my questions and helping rearrange multiple times our stay dates. The Coyaba is an absolutely beautiful villa, your representation of it is spot on. Pictures don’t always tell the story, yours do..Thank you We are already looking to secure time off next year for an even longer stay as long as things are calmed own in the world. We have shared the pictures and have our travel group wanting to come down, not staying at the Coyaba, that’s just for my wife and me J I will be in touch later this year to see about a larger venue from you. My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
