We stayed -2 couples and a friend. Beautiful villa and very well equipped with anything you would need for the beach, cooking etc. Vey clean and well kept. the pool was wonderful with a fountain stream of water that could be turned on when you wanted. Comfortable furniture (a rarity) and each bedroom was equal so great for our group. No one had the worst bedroom. Every bedroom suit had a king bed, large bedroom, walkin closet and a great bathroom with large walk in shower-all this and a view from each bedroom. |

We enjoyed our stay at Palm Hill. We loved watching the boats come and go out of the bay. It was nice to soak in the pool after a long hot day. The 3 suites were perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots/pans, mixing bowls and platters. The fridge had an ice maker which was nice. No need to bring anything, they had it all available all the way down to coolers, beach chairs and towels. We didn’t use any but they had a bunch of games, cards, books and DVDs. Also binoculars. Literally just pack your sunscreen and suits and you’re good to go. We did have to fend off no-see-ums so maybe stop at the local store for spray on your way to the house the first day. They have the sprays in all the stores so it’s obviously an issue there in St. John. But once we sprayed the area and ourselves we were good to go. It can get a little toasty in the main house since there is no AC. We purchased a box fan and left it there. We had all the fans running to circulate air. We were there during the hottest time though. Would definitely go back and hope to have the opportunity again some day. |

The villa, itself, is absolutely wonderful with spectacular views. It was very spacious & was more than enough space for the 4 of us. |

This was our third consecutive year at Palm Hill and we had another amazing stay. The villa works particularly well for our family with three young adult children - the spaces to gather are very inviting: inside the great room, the covered porch and the pool deck. The kitchen is well appointed and we made use of it every day for breakfast, some lunches and a couple of dinners. The view from the porch and pool deck is dreamy - and a fantastic place for sunset viewing. We very highly recommend Palm Hill! I cannot honestly think of anything to improve the experience here! |

We thoroughly enjoyed the villa and all the assistance destination St. John offered. Our only suggestion is to have some heavy duty fans on the patio off the great room to help keep the bugs away. Thank you. We had a great time on St John, as always! |

2020 has been a year of trials and tribulations...but we managed to sneak in a vacation to STJ. Palm Hill Villa was lovely, clean, nicely distant from other villas and perfect for the sunset lover! A goodly amount of stairs that helped open eyes and get the heart to pump before heading to the beaches. AC in the bedrooms was awesome for the end of July. Loved that the only TV was in the great room. The kitchen had everything we needed. Destination ST John was very good with all of our needs before booking and while on island. Highly recommend! |

We've planned a St. John trip for five months with three couples. We had a small issue with our original rental. This company is outstanding they immediately upgraded us to another property and have completely made our trip, no questions or hassles. Leslie and Bernard are a class act. These folks have the best property on the island. We'd give them ten stars if we could. We're staying at Palm Hill and it's totally worth the cost!! |

My husband and I and two other couples stayed at the Palm Hill for 10 days in May. This was our second time staying in this villa. The view is awesome! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the iguanas in the trees and the boats come in and out of the bay. The house has everything you need and is very conveniently located to town. The separate bedrooms gave each couple their privacy. Two thumbs up for this villa. You can't go wrong when you stay in Palm Hill! |

We knew we were staying at a beautiful home with breathtaking view from our first step outside our jeep in the driveway - we will certainly return here again! Very well stocked - great library with books about the island - air conditioned bedrooms were great! Great location! Difficult to leave. |

Our family spent Thanksgiving , 2013, at Palm Hill and it is one of the best vacations we have ever had. The view is spectacular! We loved watching the boats and ferries. The house was awesome. It is close to town however feels very private. We loved the bedrooms being across the courtyard from the living, dining area. The house was really stocked well with all you needed! We would definitely go again and definitely would recommend to anyone! We could sit on that porch forever! We also loved Cruz Bay! The shops , bars and restaurants are great and some with a great view. It was so much fun when we returned home and House Hunters were on Cruz Bay and we could "re visit" the area watching the show. This house and area are a keeper!!! |

We've been to St. John six different times, and all six of us on this trip agreed that Palm Hill has now topped the list as the best place we've stayed. The villa was very well maintained and well furnished. All the bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was the perfect mix of size and functionality. In addition, the patio and pool area were very great and provided absolutely gorgeous views of St. Thomas and Great Cruz Bay. The pool was also great and provided those same great views -- a wonderful place to cool off after a day on the beaches and before going out to dinner. The location is almost perfect-a short drive to Cruz Bay and the northern beaches. As a runner, I loved the fact that the Maria's Bluff neighborhood is (relatively for the island) flat and doesn't have much traffic, making it a good place to get an early morning run in. We would not hesitate to stay at Palm Hill again and hope to do so in the future. |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |
