Fabulous house and great location. The view is incredible and set up of the house and pool was perfect for our needs. We stayed with 2 collage age kids and it worked out perfectly. We hope to stay again. Thank you! |

Drake’s Lookout is as stunning as the pictures show. A wonderful home, great for 3 couples, a beautiful respite on St. John. Destination St John were great hosts. Very attentive, took us directly to the house when we landed, and provided great resources and info for navigating the island. We all 100% recommend booking Drake’s lookout with Destination St. John. |

We loved our visit to St. John! The views are beautiful! We will miss all of the gorgeous beaches and island time! The beds were very comfy & the porch was our favorite place to hang out each day. We loved it here! |

From the beginning dealing with the ladies at destination ‘s was very pleasurable. They answered all of are questions and took the time to help us when we arrived. The house was more than we expected. Will definitely use this service again |

Best views on the island! House was perfect. Clean & well stocked. We loved drinking coffee on the deck every morning. We could not have asked for a better trip. DSJ made it so easy from booking to check-in to check-out! We will be back! |

Drake's Lookout has been a wonderful spot for our family. The location & views are perfect. Terrific fully stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Love all the artwork too! We were here for our son's wedding but had plenty of days to enjoy swimming and snorkeling at many beaches. We would love to return some day! |

The villa was wonderful! The views from the deck were breathtaking. We wanted a house with great views and we got it! We were very comfortable during our stay. The house had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the outdoor seating. It was a great place to relax after the beach. We loved Destination St. John! Thanks for all their help with our late arrival! |

Overall the villa was nice and had everything one needs for a stay. The views are breathtaking and the sounds of nature all around were very peaceful. All of the beds were comfortable and bathrooms and showers were nice as well. |

The description and photo's of this villa don't do it justice. It is perched high above Coral Bay and the views are just amazing. It was very nice to have the master bedroom in a separate building. The second bedroom is very nice but the 3rd bedroom doesn't have a view if that is important to you. The villa is very clean and has everything you need to prepare your meals, although the restaurant at the bottom of the hill is very good and we ended up eating there quite a bit. Destination St. John was easy to work with and our greeter did a great job of getting us settled. We also enjoyed the basket of snacks left in the fridge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property at all! |

Wonderful villa, with plenty of amenities. It's sits high above Coral Bay on very tropical & lush property. The views of the east end & BVIs are amazing. The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

We loved our stay at Drake’s Lookout! The villa was perfect for our family of 4 and the newly built bedroom in the separate building was a great place for my mother-in-law to get some privacy. This was our 6th trip to St John and Drake’s Lookout is the best maintained house we have stayed in. The newly remodeled kitchen looked great and provided everything we needed to prepare meals at home. I was impressed with the quality of the outdoor furniture and the beds. One of the most important elements for us in a St John villa is the view and Drake’s Lookout did not disappoint in the view department. It is very high on the mountain so we had excellent views of Coral Bay and the islands beyond. Destination St John was excellent to work with. We enjoyed the welcome basket after a very long day of travel. We called about the WIFI being out and the grill being out of gas and both of those issues were resolved within 24 hours, even on the holiday weekend. |

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit as usual. Our fifteenth year visiting St. John but our first stay in Drakes Lookout. We love the sunrise, prevailing breezes and down Island views. Drakes was perfect for my wife I in every way. Convenient to Coral Bay, Little Lameshur and Salt Pond. Only 15 minute drive to Francis, Maho and Waterlemon. The villa was furnished very nicely, bedrooms with a/c, many beach towels, well stocked with kitchen utensils, beach chairs, etc. Would suggest possibly getting new flat screen TV for picture quality. We really liked having the separated master suite. Our favorite place at the house was the left hand side of the covered porch with the two adjustable teak chairs and table. What a fantastic view. We had great breezes while there but for whatever reason, maybe just location on hill, they were super all the time with absolutely no mosquitos. Definitely planning on coming back next year. Will stay in Drakes again next year. Could not have been happier. |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
