Wonderful villa that couldn't have been more perfect for our family vacation. The outdoor space, views, pool and shade were fantastic. We had so much fun just hanging out and appreciated the comfortable bedrooms - all with ensuites. Thanks for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful place. |

The photos do not do Cocotier justice - the views are amazing of Great Cruz Bay, St. Thomas, Little St. James and Great St. James! We watched the sunset from the pool each evening. Cocotier is well kept, clean, well appointed: the beds were comfortable, AC was strong, bathrooms huge, kitchen well stocked with anything we needed. We appreciated having our own bedrooms to go to for privacy, then convening in the great room or pool deck. We had one issue with an AC and it was fixed that day with friendly and fast service! Our greeter was very thorough and reviewed all details of the villa. We appreciated the welcome snacks! We would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend! Thank you Destination St. John! |

We stayed at Cocotier in April 2023 for a week with 6 adults and 2 kids (ages 11 and 8). It was perfect. The home is beautiful and updated. There are four separate bedrooms, each with a large bathroom. They all accessible via outside, not through the main living space/kitchen, but that wasn't a problem. The view is STUNNING. There are plenty of places to sit, read a book, relax, enjoy the sunset, take in the view, or take a nap. Pool and hot tub were perfect. It's a short drive to Cruz Bay and also not far off from access to the main ways to get to the beaches. I can't recommend it enough and I can't wait until we can return. |

We had a fabulous week staying at Cocotier. The view is spectacular- the best one on the island. We did a lot of exploring around the island but always looked forward to returning to Cocotier to sit poolside. The house had all the amenities we needed. Thanks for a fabulous week! |

We have been to St John 14 times and this was one of our favorite places yet! There were 4 couples in our party and they all felt Cocotier was wonderful! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've ever had, as far as kitchen equipment. The view was amazing and the pool, along with the hot tub were wonderful. The A/C in one room stopped working and Destination St John was great about fixing it with a new unit the next day! Our only suggestions: - 1)more lighting around the patio and going up the stairs to the bedroom 2) Access to the bathroom off the great room- the door was either locked or stuck, so we could not access it. We highly recommend Cocotier and would book again!!! |

We have stayed at a handful of villas over the years and everyone agreed this was the best of them all. The separate bedrooms and central kitchen was perfect for 4 groups of adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Cocotier will be top of our list for our next visit. Thank you Destination St. John for a wonderful trip! |

We loved out time at Cocotier. The view is one of the best we have had in St. John. The 4 suites fit our party of 8 well. Kitchen was well stocked and in good shape. Furniture was good for a rental. 2 blenders, 2 coffeemakers and the large indoor table were great! Water ran brown and to a trickle at one point, but we called and it was addressed quickly. Small things, but noticeable. Overall this villa is in lovely and we would return. Thank you for another great stay! |

Cocotier is a comfortable rental with a great view over Great Cruz Bay. Beds were comfy and clean, air conditioning worked well. Kitchen and living space were nice. Pool and spa were good. The drive up the hill is pretty treacherous though. |

Overall we greatly enjoyed Cocotier and thought it was a beautiful rental. Probably the best view we've seen in our eight trips to St. John. Pool was great, kitchen well equipped. We were a little surprised by the layout -- even though we'd read the full description and all of the reviews, we weren't aware that the bedrooms were all "pods" -- opening only to the exterior by the pool. So the only access to the kitchen and living area is by going outside first. Our kids were old enough to be off in their own pods so it was fine, but families with young children who wouldn't want them sleeping in a separate unit should be aware. It also meant a lot of opening and closing patio doors and/or screen doors just to move between rooms. |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
