The booking was easy and accurately described the facility. There were some issues with the property that were addressed very quickly. The driveway is a bit difficult to navigate and not for the feint of heart! |

Beautiful house! We loved the view and it is a great location to Cruz Bay! Our stay was made so easy with the amenities like beach towels, beach chairs and laundry! Thank you for a great week in St. John! |

First time at Coco Caribe and it did not disappoint. Destination St. John was so quick to respond to our minor issues - very very appreciative! Amazing views everyday. House fully stocked in the kitchen, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and cooler! We love Destination St. John and have used them every time we visit our happy place! |

This villa was so beautiful! Each room had a beautiful view of the bay below. The pool in the middle was refreshing and fun. The villa was well equipped for cooking. We were a large group of 10 (3 families) and lots of space for all of us apart and together as a group. Each room gives a lot of privacy with its own full bathroom. We were also able to rent the addition unit above the garage so we were able to have 5 bedroom / bathrooms. A |

Our stay at Coco Caribe was amazing! Great layout with lots of private space for couples/individuals while still having amazing group areas for the entire group to socialize and enjoy our time at the villa. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great and well-stocked, kitchen had everything we needed and went to look for. So many great "beach toys" (towells, chairs, coolers) to make the trip comfortable and easy! Lovely views with a great breeze, space from neighbors and no shortage of wildlife to make it feel like you were truly out and about on the island. We'll definitely consider this villa again! |

My family and I stayed at the coco caribe for 6 nights and I have to say the view was absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was right there in the house we. If there was a complaint it would be the WiFi but I understand the hurricanes came through last year. I highly recommended this villa. |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
