C’est La Sea ... It’s all about the sea. This beautifully reimagined and renovated oceanfront home sits in a priceless location, with sea views from every room. Fresh out of a complete renovation, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath updated Caribbean gem has it all!

This home sits on the water in Great Cruz Bay, offering waterfront living with an open concept kitchen, indoor plunge pool and great room. Two King bedrooms with their own baths sit on opposite ends of the home, entered through interior doors, but with direct deck access. The bedrooms are large, with water views, A/C, ceiling fans, Cable TV and a warm island feel.
A third bedroom, The Crow’s Nest, has an outside entrance and spiral staircase access with sweeping views of Great Cruz Bay and St. Thomas. It has a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom A/C and a smart TV. It is a unique bedroom with a nautical flair.
The beautiful new kitchen and dining room have expansive views of the water and boast new appliances with a large island for cooking and visiting, indoor pool for a late afternoon cool down dip and happy hour. Step up into the Great Room which has a large seating area, desk and printer for those who have work to catch up on, and a flat screen TV with Sonos surround sound, including both ROKU and Cable access. The indoor dining area is just a step down from the kitchen, and with it’s large wood table there is plenty of room for all. All indoor areas have air conditioning.
But the outdoors of C’est la Sea is what sets it apart. There are a large shaded and covered dining table and conversation tables for alfresco dining and lounge chairs nestled in the white sand beds. A hammock sways in the breeze and beckons you to drift away to the sounds of the sea. A fabulous six-person hot tub and three steps into the water make it picture perfect! The sun sets right over the bay and the hot tub is the place to enjoy the daily spectacle while the pelicans feed right in front of you
C’est la Sea is one of the only homes on St. John offering easy walk in ocean access with a sandy bottom, pool, hot tub and so close to town and the Westin. You can float over to the Westin for cocktails or have your charter boat pick you up right at the house. Sea Kayaks are available for guest use as well.
Close to town, markets, and the beaches, with most water sport opportunities right here, C’est la Sea gives our guests what they’ve been wanting... it’s all about the Sea... C’est Le Sea!

Life on the Sea in the beautiful C'est Le Sea is just one pleasant day after another. Direct access to the water is wonderful. Watching the kayaks, sailboats and catamarans on the water; sharing conversation with kayakers throughout the day. Kayaking and/or noodling to the Westin for lunch/dinner. Relaxing in the hammock, preparing meals in the beautiful kitchen. We love C'est Le Sea. Have booked and rebooked our favorite stay on St.John Island. |

Great views right on the water! Watch the boat activity from the beautiful deck! This villa has everything you need from beach bags, towels, chairs & coolers! Short distance from town and nice area for morning walks. We have been to St. John many times and have already booked C'est La Sea for next year! |

Everything was amazing! We loved the kayak and the ability to have it. The views at this house never get old. It was wonderful having all the kitchen utensils and accommodations to make our own meals as well. Everyone was helpful and kind when we needed anything. We would highly recommend staying here and we wish we didn't have to leave! |

C’est la Sea is spectacular! Words can not describe in fairness how amazing this place really is. From every single amenity in the home to every luxury around the property and truly breathtaking views. My new wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better spot. Highly recommend. |

This home is great! We loved being right on the water with direct water access. We spent an entire day at “home” exploring the waters and hanging out. Location was perfect, away from the busy Cruz Bay, but close enough to be there within minutes. Property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again! |

Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us! The reservation and check-in process were really easy, Eric was delightful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for the goodie treats - it was such a nice surprise on our arrival, and I love the tote - thank you! The home is beautiful and had everything, and more, that we could ever need. It was so nice to have plenty of towels, chairs, dishes, pots & pans, etc. readily available. Also, all the outdoor towels and toys were a huge plus - we really enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub. Actually, we really enjoyed EVERYTHING- thank you so much for a fabulous week! |

C'est La Sea was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't be beat. Right on the water and so close to town. The house had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It was well stocked with towels, kitchen items, coolers etc. One of the best houses we have rented hands down. |

This property is excellent, very well appointed, and in a great location. Modern and functional kitchen, ample dining locations inside and outside, comfortable throughout, wonderful location on Great Cruz Bay with direct access for kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming. Wrap around deck and patio provide great views of the bay and opportunities to sun and relax. Have booked this property two years in a row -- feel very at home here! |

This is by far the best vacation home I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The attention to detail, amenities, location were all outstanding! Our stay at C'est La Sea was a dream come true. The house was beautifully decorated with high-end finishes. Everything we needed was there - a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and an amazing stereo system- both inside and outside! So comfortable for our family of 6. The jacuzzi, indoor plunge pool, outdoor tables and chairs, water toys and so much more made this house the best we have ever rented! The location was magical- the Caribbean Sea right at our feet! And so close to Cruz Bay- a short ride into town. This house exceeded our expectations and we very much look forward to staying at C'est La Sea again some day. Destination St. John was very professional. They answered all of my questions ahead of the trip promptly and were very helpful. Don't change a thing- this house is PERFECT! Inside and outside-this property is amazing!! |

C'est La Sea was more than we could have wanted or needed. The location is everything - on the water, close to town - just perfect! The house has ample amounts of everything you need and you can tell that the owners & Destination St. John have thought of everything. We booked this property last minute after covid changed our original plans and we are so glad we got to stay at this villa - we will be back! |

C’est La Sea is amazing! The house is as advertised and the owners clearly went high end on every single detail when renovating – well done! Location is perfect – right in Great Cruz Bay with panoramic views of the entire bay from every room –a few minute’s drive to downtown Cruz Bay, restaurants and markets The house is extremely well appointed and decorated with everything you need in every room from the bedrooms and living rooms to the kitchen - and then some. The layout of the rooms create great space separation with master bedrooms on each end of the house with the living room/kitchen/dining and indoor pool in the middle – yes, indoor pool – a nice bonus the one afternoon it rained. We spent our mornings on the back patio for coffee/breakfast and then drinks for sunset with incredible view of Great Cruz from every angle- being able to walk into the bay for a dip or snorkeling was amazing |

C'est La Sea is magical. We stayed at this villa 18 years ago and loved it then but with the total renovation we were blown away as soon as we walked thru the door. The villa is spacious and beautifully decorated. They got it right when they put this villa together and didn't miss a trick. The location of the villa is perfect with easy access to The Westin and a 5 minute drive to Cruz Bay not to mention the spectacular views of Great Cruz Bay. There is nothing better then stepping into the water right from the back terrace and kayaking around the bay (the villa comes with 2 kayaks) This was our 33rd trip to St John and have stayed in a variety of villas with different groups of family and friends but C'est La Sea has stolen our heart and our soul. Truly a magical place. |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |
