This three plus bedroom home offers the guest many wonderful features, including what may be one of the most incredible views on the island.

From this secluded hideaway, the vistas range from St. Croix to the south and Lovango Cay to the north with Puerto Rico easily visible in the distance on a clear day.
The home sits at the end of a quiet country road, placed in the middle of a subtropical forest. However, a quick 10 minute drive gets you to all the action, beaches and restaurants.
	The home is furnished in bright tropical decor with comfortable oversized furniture, bright tile flooring and rattan accents. The work of local island artists adorn the walls.
Dining is a pleasure in this well equipped kitchen with cypress cabinetry.
You can choose to eat indoors or alfresco on the spacious decks.

After a day at the beach, enjoy a cool dip in the gorgeous new pool, where you can get wet and enjoy the view.

Afterward, nothing can top a dip in the luxurious spa, enjoying the dazzling sunset and then the twinkling night lights of far off tropical islands, afloat in a sea of stars.
	A spacious master suite offers comfort and beautiful views, while the guest bedroom offers a lovely queen bed and bath. Both are air-conditioned.
On the lower level, a very private apartment offers a queen bedroom and bath as well as a lovely sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and private deck. Paloma Blanca is a non-smoking villa.

In season dates are 12/15 - 4/14 and requires a one week minimum stay.

Off season dates are 4/15 - 12/14

Holiday dates are 12/20 - 1/3 and require a 10 day minimum stay.

SECURITY/CANCELLATION POLICY

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is rerented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
