Time Out is a wonderful home, perched on a hillside in Chocolate Hole East. This fully air conditioned villa is family friendly and offers an elegant retreat after a day at our world famous beaches.

Two equally sized bedroom suites are situated on opposite sides of an open air living/dining room/kitchen area and offer total privacy to two couples or a family with children. Each is furnished with a beautiful mahogany king-sized bed and its own private bath with exotic stone accents.

The central "great room" and both bedrooms open through sliders onto a spacious deck which spans the entire front of the villa. It’s focal point is the solar heated pool (5 feet at its deepest) with a built-in Jacuzzi for those refreshing dips between other island adventures. Enjoy the sunset and the ever-changing views over Chocolate Hole and the glorious Caribbean Sea.

The entire villa is freshly renovated and decorated with a rich yet comfortable decor, accented by rich mahogany and bamboo with a rich plantation feel, perfect for relaxing après beach! A brand new kitchen and with custom cabinetry and granite surfaces has just been added, along with the newly outfitted spa style bathrooms.

Nothing has been overlooked in an effort to provide for your ultimate comfort and every need.

Time Out offers rare combination of elegance and comfort with a practical size and budget. This, along with its beautiful views, proximity to beach and town make this the perfect couples retreat or family getaway!

Time Out is a non-smoking villa.

SECURITY/CANCELLATION POLICY

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is rerented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
