This wonderful home is fully air-conditioned, offering comparable bedrooms with baths ensuite, furnished with exotic teak and mahogany pieces from throughout the tropical world. The accompanying baths are spacious and attractive, with tumbled marble accents and showers that open to the sea but preserve your privacy.
	After a day at our gorgeous beaches, slip into the pool for a refreshing freshwater pick-me-up, and marvel at the ships sailing by and the sun following its course to the distant horizon. The views are endless, south to St. Croix, west to Puerto Rico and North to Lovango Cay. The sunsets are breaktaking from this spot.
Later, retire to great room, which offers a comfortable spot to read and relax, or perhaps catch up on the outside world with state of the art satellite television and internet access. This home is state of the art but warm and welcoming as well, with carefully selected furnishing and handpainted antiques to enhance your experience.
	Enjoy a tropical cocktail at the bar while your designated chef prepares island cuisine in the well designed kitchen. Holiday dates are 12/20 - 1/3 and require a 10 day minimum stay.

SECURITY/CANCELLATION POLICY

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is rerented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
