Villa Amorita sits tucked into the hillside in lovely Chocolate Hole North. This colorful caribbean style home is perfect for families and couples alike. As you enter the property, you are greeted by abundant tropical flowers and foliage. Multicolor blooms entice you into a gated courtyard and entrance to the home. Enjoy ocean views and breezes from almost every room in the house!

A total of 3 air conditioned bedrooms and baths, plus an additional 'bonus' room, gives guests lots of flexibility. The main house consists of a large open living/dining area with beautiful native stone arches, opening to a fully screened gallery, for enjoying the breezes, views and an alfresco meal. A bright, well equipped kitchen opens onto the living space, so the cook never has to miss in the conversation.

A queen size, air conditioned bedroom is also on this main floor. The full bath features a beautiful handpainted sink set into an antique mahogany commode, as well as a beautiful stone tile shower. On the lower level, accessed by a rare and extremely convenient "inside stairway", is the master bedroom suite, with another custom bath.

This attractively decorated queen bedroom has island mahogany furnishings and looks out over the vistas of beautiful Hart Bay. From this bedroom, you can walk right through a modesty door, and enter the "bonus room" - perfect for small children! This room has 2 twins beds and gives families both proximity and privacy.

Step outside and the the cool, clear pool beckons you to swim or lounge on both open and shaded sundeck. In the evening, retreat to the large spa, and count the shooting stars.

Pick a ripe mango, or maybe some limes for a cool drink, and relax island style. The guest cottage is adjacent to the main house and offers another master suite.With a queen size bed, private bath, convenient kitchenette, and a lovely private porch with beautiful ocean views, this space offers very equal accommodations for a second couple.

Of course, the guest cottage is air conditioned for your comfort as well. Amorita's wonderful Chocolate Hole location is just a 5 minute walk to the Westin resort and the beach on Great Cruz Bay, and less than 5 minutes to the conveniences of Cruz Bay, and a quick drive to the National Park beaches. This home offers the best of true St. John living at an affordable price.

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is rerented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
